What is the typical shipping timeframe for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, with international delivery usually taking between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How can I ensure I select the correct size for tailored garments?
Each product page includes a specific size guide with detailed measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements against a similar garment you already own. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more classic, comfortable drape.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that made-to-order items and garments that have been altered at the customer's request are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer Made-to-Measure services online?
Our Made-to-Measure and bespoke services currently require an in-person consultation at our London or Tokyo locations to ensure the perfect fit. However, we offer a wide range of Ready-to-Wear items online that can be adjusted by your local tailor.
Are customs duties and taxes included in the checkout price?
For orders outside of the UK, prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Please be aware that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected by the courier upon delivery.
How should I care for my raw denim and tailored wool pieces?
We recommend infrequent washing for our raw denim to develop unique character; soak in cold water when necessary. For tailored wool jackets and trousers, professional dry cleaning is recommended only once a season, with regular steaming and brushing to maintain the fabric's integrity.
