Contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior of the box and the invoice is included inside.
Ship to Our London Store
Dispatch your return using a tracked and insured courier service to our London atelier; please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
